NOTE:BISCUITS & GRAVY, PASTRIES, AND COFFEE AVAILABLE FROM 8:00 A. M, TO 10:00 A. M. A VARIETY OF FOODS SERVED THEREAFTER. =============================================================================================== CONDITIONS: -All Vendors are responsible for their tables, chairs, extension cords, etc. -All Vendors are responsible for keeping their area(s) clean (See Damage Deposit). -All Vendors are responsible for all City, County and State requirements; i. e., Licenses, Permits, Sales Taxes, Health Certificates, etc. =============================================================================================== ARTS & CRAFTS BOOTHS: 1)20’ X 15’ Booth Space at One Hundred Fifty and 00/100 Dollars ($150.00) per booth for five (5) days; a corner booth, Two Hundred and 00/100 Dollars ($200.00). One (1) 120 volt power outlet is available at Twenty-five and 00/100 ($25.00) per booth. -Number of Booths: X $150.00 = $

One (1) 120 volt power outlet is available at Twenty-five and 00/100 Dollars ($25.00) per outlet.
(Note: People attending the Music Festival are mostly retired persons; “Winter Texans” or “Snow Birds”.) ================================================================================

A Refundable Damage Deposit of Twenty-five and 00/100 Dollars ($25.00) is due no later than Friday, February 4, 2012. The Damage Deposit will be refunded to the LESSEE providing there are no damages to property of LESSOR, and grounds are cleaned of all boxes, papers, glass and other debris to the satisfaction of the LESSOR no later than Monday, February 20, 2012, at 4:00 P. M. Your failure to comply will result in forfeiture of the Damage Deposit.
It is understood and agreed upon by the LESSEE and LESSOR that any electrical lines, or any electrical installation required by the LESSEE, other than those already provided by LESSOR, will be paid for by the LESSEE. LESSEE agrees not to make any electrical installation without approval of the LESSOR. LESSEE agrees to use only licensed electricians recommended by the LESSOR; namely MECO Electrical; phone No. (956) 533-6873. (Page 1 of 2, Vendor, A & C, deposit, 10-31-11) LESSEE agrees no holes will be dug in asphalt, or concrete, without prior written consent by LESSOR.
LESSOR agrees to allow LESSEE access to the facilities between the hours of 8:00 A. M. to 6:00 P. M., Monday, February 13, 2012, and Tuesday, February 14 2012, for the purpose of setting up, as well as 8:00 A. M. to 5:00 P. M., during the Music Festival, Tuesday, February 14 thru Sunday, February19, 2012.
LESSEE agrees to pay Twenty-five and 00/100 Dollars ($25.00) per day for each motor home, R. V., etc., connected to LESSOR’S electricity and / or water, subject to availability of space and services.
There shall be neither Alcoholic Beverages nor Drugs sold, or given complimentary.
The Rio Grande Valley Music Festival reserves the right to cancel any Vendor Contract/Reservation during the Music Festival at any time for noncompliance of conditions stated in this Contract.
The Rio Grande Valley Music Festival is not responsible for the safety of the LESSEE’S merchandise, employees, theft, fire, water damage, accidents, or injuries, etc., for any cause whatsoever.
INDEMNITIES AND INSURANCE.
A. Exhibitor, their agents or employees hereby covenants and agrees to indemnify the Rio Grande Valley Music Festival, its officers and employees, and hold them harmless, and discharges them from any and all liability for loss, injury or damages to any person or persons or for any loss of damage to property, and for any loss, injury or damages to any person or persons or for any loss of damage to property occasioned by any persons attending the show during the course of the event. ______<
B. Exhibitor, their agents or employees hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Rio Grande Valley Livestock Show, Inc., Mercedes, Texas, its officers or employees and hold them harmless and discharge them from any and all liability for loss, injury or damages sustained by reason of the occupancy and / or use of the facilities at the Mercedes Livestock Show-grounds, Inc., during the course of the event. _____<
C. Insurance: It is recommended by the lessor that Exhibitor carry Comprehensive General Liability Insurance to protect himself fully with regard to any liability for loss, injury or damages to property or personal injury, damages or loss occasioned by any persons employed by exhibitor or any persons sustaining personal injury, damage or loss to as a result of your exhibit. _____<
D. Exhibitor shall provide lessor with a certificate of Insurance. This is merely a binder acquired from your insurance company and in most cases there is no charge for this service. ______<
E. If you do not carry insurance, you still must initial, sign and return this form. ______<
