-TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 14, THRU SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 18, 2012, 8:00 AM TO 5:00 PM. -There will be music on FIVE (5) stages.
-SUNDAY NOON, FEBRUARY 19, 2012, 9:00 AM TO 1:00 PM.
-There will be Gospel music on one (1) stage. =================================================================================
NOTE:BISCUITS & GRAVY, PASTRIES, AND COFFEE AVAILABLE FROM 8:00 A. M. TO 10:00 A. M.
A VARIETY OF FOODS WILL BE SERVED THEREAFTER.
=================================================================================== CONDITIONS:ALL FOOD VENDORS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR: 1)Their tables, chairs, extension cords, etc. 2)Keeping their area(s) clean (See Damage Deposit). 3)City, County and State requirements; i. e., Licenses, Permits, Sales Taxes, Health Certificates, etc. 4)Only food and beverages as specified by contract herein may be sold.
(Note:People attending the Music Festival are mostly retired persons; “Winter Texans” or “Snow Birds”.) ========================================================================================================================

LESSEE agrees to furnish at no cost to the LESSOR, liability insurance coverage providing minimum combined single limit of One Million and 00/100 Dollars ($1,000,000.00) coverage with endorsement to policy naming LESSOR and the RIO GRANDE VALLEY LIVESTOCK SHOW, INC., as an additional named insured. This is to be furnished no later than Thursday, January 26, 2012.
A Refundable Damage Deposit of One Hundred and 00/100 Dollars ($100.00) is due with the Insurance Policy no later thanThursday, January 26, 2012.The Damage Deposit will be refunded to the LESSEE providing there are no damages to property of LESSOR, and grounds are cleaned of all boxes, papers, glass and other debris to the satisfaction of the LESSOR no later than Monday,February 20, 2012, at 4:00 P. M. Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of the Damage Deposit.
It is understood and agreed upon by the LESSEE and LESSOR that any electrical lines, or any electrical installation required by the LESSEE, other than those already provided by LESSOR, will be paid for by the LESSEE.LESSEE agrees not to make any electrical installation without approval of the LESSOR.LESSEE agrees to use only licensed electricians recommended by the LESSOR; namely MECO Electrical; phone No. (956) 533-6873.
LESSEE agrees no holes will be dug in asphalt, or concrete, without prior written consent by LESSOR.
LESSOR agrees to allow LESSEE access to the facilities between the hours of 8:00 A. M. to 6:00 P. M.,Monday, February 13, 2012, for the purpose of setting up, as well as 8:00 A. M. to 6:00 P. M., during the Music Festival, Tuesday, February 14 thru Sunday, February 19, 2012.
(Page 1, Food Services Contract, deposit, 10-31-11) LESSEE agrees to pay Twenty-five and 00/100 Dollars ($25.00) per day for each motor home, R.V., etc.,connected to LESSOR’S electricity and /or water, subject to availability of space and services.
There shall be neither Alcoholic Beverages nor Drugs sold, or given complimentary.
The Rio Grande Valley Music Festival reserves the right to cancel any Vendor Contract/Reservation during the Music Festival at any time for noncompliance of conditions stated in this Contract . The Rio Grande Valley Music Festival is not responsible for the safety of the LESSEE’S merchandise, employees, theft, fire, water damage, accidents, or injuries, etc., for any cause whatsoever.
FEES:A flat fee:$300.00 A Refundable Damage Deposit:$100.00 Total:$400.00 (Proof of insurance coverage is required.)
A payment of the above-shown fees of Four Hundred and 00/100 Dollars ($400.00) is required to bind this contract.
